Terms and Conditions

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure bookings, with the balance due 14 days before the commencement of the course. Bookings made within 14 days prior to commencement are required to be paid in full upon booking. Failure to complete payment on time will regrettably result in exclusion from the course (unless a special arrangement has been made).

All payments are to be paid in UK currency (British Stirling).

Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

A 50% refund of the agreed price is payable as refund for all cancellation requests received in writing 14 days prior to commencement of the course. We offer no refund for cancellations made after 14 days prior to commencement of the course.

Alternatively you may wish to transfer your booking to a later equivalent course. A £100 additional transfer fee is payable on all transfer requests received in writing prior to 14 days ahead of course commencement date. A £200 additional transfer fee is payable on all transfer requests received in writing thereafter.

Cancellation by Resource Ecologies

In the unlikely event of cancellation by Resource Ecologies you will receive a refund in full for all monies paid.

Alternatively you may choose a 10% refund and transfer to the next scheduled equivalent course.

Delivery

We reserve the right to change the advertised trainers for any course as well as make changes as required to course formats (excluding course duration). We also reserve the right to make minor venue changes if necessary. Aside from these points all courses will be delivered as stipulated in the course description.

Resource Ecologies are not responsible for additional costs such as travel and accommodation.

Delegate Responsibilities

Prior to the commencement of the course you will be required to sign a statement that they are physically and mentally fit to complete the training. You will also be required to sign Society of NLPtm (Richard Bandler) Licensing Agreements to ensure that you agree to abide by the standards of the Society.

Delegates are also expected to treat each other and the trainers with respect and to receive evaluation and feedback with good grace and an open mind. In order to ensure an enjoyable and effective learning experience for all, we reserve the right (as a last resort) to expel without refund any delegate who behaves disruptively or is disrespectful to others.
